At Dream Pants, we want you to love every purchase! If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple, convenient, no-questions-asked return and exchange process, subject to our return conditions.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale for refund purposes.

Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, provided they meet our return conditions. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for sale merchandise.

Shop with confidence with Checkout+, our optional return shipping protection service.

For a fraction of the regular return shipping cost, Checkout+ covers return shipping on eligible refunds, exchanges, and store credits when added at checkout.

What If I Don't Purchase Checkout+?

If you choose not to add Checkout+, a $9.98 return shipping fee will apply.

For your convenience, this fee will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit, or charged when you request an exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on eligibility.

  4. Follow the instructions to obtain your return shipping label.

  5. Securely package your items and drop off your return with the designated carrier.

Important: All returns must be authorized through our Returns Portal before being shipped.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credits

Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing after receipt.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet our return conditions.

Store Credits: Store credits are issued as electronic Dream Pants gift cards and never expire. They can be used toward a future purchase on our website.
