If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return for a full refund/exchange/store credit

** Extended return policy: In response to the holiday season and Canada Post strike, we now offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery. This provides sufficient time for post-holiday returns and potential resolution of the Canada Post situation.

Unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition within 60 days from date of delivery. A pre-paid return label will be provided to you by e-mail upon request.
  • All sale Items are final sale, exchanges and store credits only, no refunds.
  • Return shipping label fee of $5.00 will be deducted from returns for refunds.
  • Return shipping labels for exchanges & store credits will remain free
  • Store credits can be used at any time, they do not expire. We will e-mail you a gift card with a code to enter at checkout in 'discount codes or gift cards'.

To process a return, please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Please have your order number and e-mail ready. Click Here to begin your return process.

  2. We will issue you an authorized return number and include a free shipping label by e-mail. Do not return any item without a return authorization number.

  3. Please print your label and drop off your package to the nearest USPS (in the US) or Canada Post office (in Canada).

  4. We will process your return/exchange within 5-7 days from date of delivery. 

International Returns (Outside US & Canada)

Returns outside of the United States and Canada are subject to a $20.00 deduction from the total refund. We will provide a return label with Fed Ex International by e-mail as per your request. Once items are received and a refund is issued, we will deduct $20.00 from the total amount.
